With a distinguished career spanning Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management, regulatory compliance, renewable energy, and business development, she has consistently driven measurable success in highly regulated industries.
As a strategic business influencer, Rebecca excels in aligning operational efficiency, safety initiatives, and compliance frameworks with overarching business goals to unlock untapped potential. She has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and delivering scalable, sustainable solutions that enhance profitability and resilience.
Rebecca’s tenure as Safety Manager at Marathon Petroleum Corporation showcased her ability to drive enterprise-wide safety excellence, overseeing the well-being of thousands of employees and redefining the intersection of EHS and business strategy. As Interim Environmental, Safety, and Security (ES&S) Director, she managed six departments and played a pivotal role in regulatory compliance, process safety management, and strategic turnaround planning.
Her expertise extends beyond safety and compliance—Rebecca is a growth architect with a history of driving business expansion. As Director of Strategic Business Development for Dräger, she spearheaded the U.S. EHS consulting division, leveraging market insights and strategic partnerships to enhance brand positioning and revenue streams. Her early career in technical sales and PPE solutions laid the foundation for her consultative, value-driven approach to business development.
Rebecca holds a Master of Jurisprudence (M.Jur) in Energy and Environmental Law from Texas A&M University, an MS in Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University, and a BS in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. A Certified Safety Professional (CSP), she continues to shape the future of business strategy, risk management, and operational excellence in the energy and industry sectors.
